I have a Neve dishwasher and needed a replacement cutlery basket. My husband kept buying previously cheap replacements, that didnt fit properly , fell over when filled and constantly ended up with holes in the bottom where cutlery fell through blocking the bottom dishwasher spinner from spinning. In the end i was so fed up with such a useless product that i went to the Spare2Repair website and saw you offered genuine product replacements . It was very easy and straightforward to find the correct product. Although it was far more expensive than anything we had paid before, i was desperate to end the daily misery of my useless cutlery basket so just orderded it. But when it arrived about 7 days later , I was ecstatic .The cutlery basket fitted perfectly !( never had that in 3 years)and was such good quality that i knew it was worth every penny , and will last for years. So i am one very happy customer. Thank you!
